Working directly for the UK Sales and Marketing Director you will;
- Negotiate effectively to maximise the company’s profit by applying an excellent understanding of price sensitivities, market conditions, customer needs and existing capabilities
- Manage and develop the existing area managers, ensuring all targets are achieved and that the appropriate individuals are in place
- Establish and maintain a regular cycle of contact with Managers and operational executives to communicate short and medium term client needs, understand operational constraints and hence create/agree forecasts and action plans
- Identify where possible and/or promote the development of strategic alliances with key clients and third parties to enhance value added services
- Report weekly to the senior management team on activity, successes, market conditions and specific issues
- Ensure that accurate records are maintained, enabling future sales and account development
- Ensure that existing key accounts are tightly managed while developing true partnerships to realise the full potential of the business platform
