THE COMPANY – is at the very heart of its sector with excellent relationships with the major players and supportive organisations. In addition they are successful in influencing the strategic decisions made at European, Central and Local Government level.
Acting in almost a consultative role their objective is to identify key needs within the sector and to ensure appropriate products and services are available. This requires the development of high level relationships and the creation of trust between all parties. In order to achieve this objective we are seeking an individual to take responsibility for building upon existing relationships and also to widen the company’s interaction with both the corporate and SME base within the industrial sector.
The Key Account Director will;
- Interact at Board level with major companies to understand what non core services they require to ensure continued growth
- Ensure these services are available both nationally and locally and that they are of the highest quality.
- Liaise with statutory bodies to influence national strategies in order to support industries needs
- Determine where opportunities exist to access funding routes which might be consistent with the sector needs
- Provide support to the Sales Director to strengthen the business pipeline
- Quantify together with the BDMs the opportunities which might exist within SMEs
- Contribute to the development of an organisation which is already rightly recognized as a bench mark company
