THE COMPANY – has pioneered the design and development of temperature-controlled, passive, tamper-evident containers that provide a complete audit trail for the transportation of products and samples for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. As international regulations tighten the way in which medicines, bloods and vaccines are transported, and as disposable packaging falls foul of environmental waste management provisions, so the range of reusable containers makes scientific, economic and environmental sense.
Success in not only the UK market but globally has lead to the company seeking individuals with experience in developing and managing rapid growth. The exact opportunities will vary according to the skills and experiences of successful indiduals but all offer an ideal opportunity to take a central role in developing an innovative and dynamic company into an international leader in this field.
Working directly with the Chairman you may;
- Review the existing business plan, discuss modifications/refinements then provide quarterly reports to the Group Board covering activity, market conditions etc to enable progress to be monitored
- Develop and enhance relationships with key individuals in customers, suppliers and critical third parties
- Ensure that operational/technical capabilities support the company’s objectives
- Prepare budgets and cost justifications where required to enable the Board to make effective decisions
- Co-ordinate all future technical projects from inception through to commissioning ensuring:
- timescales and budgets are achieved
- company expectations are understood and realised
- external contractors and third parties perform
- Ensure that all operations within his/her area of responsibility are undertaken in accordance with current and future legislation.
